The Brief
E45, a leading skincare brand under Reckitt (sold to Karo Pharma April, 2022), needed fresh and engaging email marketing communications and updated website pages that aligned with their brand identity. The objective was to ensure a seamless user experience while effectively showcasing their products to their target audience.
Process
Collaborating with Reckitt’s UX team and developers, I worked from wireframes to design user-friendly email templates and website pages. The process involved close attention to detail to ensure the layouts could effectively house dynamic content while maintaining visual consistency. Regular feedback loops with the team ensured the designs met both creative and functional requirements.
Solution
The project delivered a suite of polished email marketing templates and responsive web pages, optimized for user engagement and conversions. The designs balanced functionality with a clean, professional aesthetic, elevating E45’s digital presence and strengthening their communication with customers.
